Job Overview

This position plays a critical role in bridging business operations with global Technology and Cyber Security teams.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Cryptographic Key Management
  • Oversight of the lifecycle of cryptographic keys is in accordance with Australian regulations and industry standards.
  • Timely support for cryptographic operations involving Host Security Modules (HSMs) is provided.
Security Awareness & Training
  • Leadership and enhancement of Crypto Key Security Risk & Compliance awareness programs.
  • Delivery of targeted training for key management personnel to ensure consistent understanding of security protocols.
Operational Oversight
  • Maintenance of Crypto Key Management Services (CKMS) documentation, including logbooks, key lifecycle protocols, audit evidence, key inventories, and HSM hardening records.
  • Ensuring readiness for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate and complete records.
Security Assessments & Compliance
  • Conducting security assessments and cryptographic reviews of applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaboration with project teams to assess encryption requirements for new technologies, especially in the payment domain.
  • Supporting PCI PIN and PCI DSS compliance efforts and audit readiness.
