  • Prioritize child safety and wellbeing in all aspects of practice, ensuring a nurturing environment that supports each child's unique needs.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on mentoring and team leadership
  • An understanding of the EYLF framework and its application in practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and self-reflection
