About the Role

Mentoring, coaching and training our network of educators is a critical part of this position. We are seeking an enthusiastic advocate for early childhood education to support the induction of new educators, guiding them and making them feel valued.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build partnerships with key stakeholders both internal and external, working collaboratively to achieve exceptional learning outcomes for children and teams.

Reporting to the Head of Curriculum, you will enjoy:

  • Demonstrating your leadership and ability to think and plan strategically
  • Mentoring, coaching and training our network of educators through regular meetings, training sessions and workshops
  • Developing a professional learning community
  • Advocating for the professionalism of early childhood educators
  • Supporting the induction of new educators, guiding them and making them feel heard within the organisation

You will also have the opportunity to undertake project work as required, drawing on your experience and knowledge of early childhood education and care.
