About the Role

This position is for a skilled and enthusiastic team player to work as part of our culinary brigade. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for supporting and leading sections of the kitchen, providing guidance and training to junior staff members, and ensuring that all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation.

  • Kitchen Operations: Assist with fundamental cooking and food preparation tasks, maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations, and complete all duties in line with company and statutory hygiene requirements.
  • Leadership and Development: Support or lead the assigned section as directed by the Chef De Cuisine, and provide training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements:
