This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned project coordinator seeking a company that offers autonomy and flexibility in their work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating projects of around $30M—$50M, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and develop effective scheduling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project delivery and management.
  • Leading a $100M project over a two-year period.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing project scheduling, programming, and improvement strategies.
  • Exhibiting strong negotiation and time management skills.

Requirements:

  • 4 - 7 years of experience as a Senior Project Coordinator on Tier 3 projects of around $10M—$30M, or 3 - 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator on Tier 2 projects worth around $30M—$50M.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project responsibilities independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
