We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Early Childhood team as an educator. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to providing high-quality education and care for young children.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Nurture positive relationships with children, families, and staff, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record children's progress, using this information to inform teaching practices and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing early childhood education in Australia.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong commitment to Christian values and a passion for delivering biblically-based education. We seek an individual with:
- Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Children's Services approved by ACECQA (or working towards an Early Childhood Education qualification).
- Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework and the EYLF.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and teamwork.
- Valid Working With Children Check, RRHAN-EC, and Senior First Aid certification.
