Our team is seeking a highly motivated and skilled mechanical engineer to join us in cement manufacturing.

This role is ideal for someone who has graduated in mechanical engineering and is ready to take on real-world challenges.

As a graduate, you will be working closely with experienced engineers and maintenance professionals in a supportive environment.

  • Assisting with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem solving
  • Helping develop maintenance strategies and procedures
  • Supporting and delivering SIB projects to improve equipment performance
  • Working alongside site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams
  • Contributing to operational support across multiple sites

You will be exposed to various engineering initiatives and play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing assets run safely and efficiently.

We are looking for someone proactive, inquisitive, and confident engaging with stakeholders.
