Key Role in Healthcare Improvement
">As a Principal Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving healthcare improvement by providing expert analytical insights into quality and safety data.
">This involves using your knowledge, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills to support the delivery of strategic priority programs and initiatives.
">One key area of focus is on improving safety and operational excellence across the healthcare system. This includes leading data analytical reporting and impact measurement, developing models and analyses to guide strategy and decision-making, and providing authoritative advice to stakeholders.
">You will work closely with project teams to perform data analyses, data cleaning, and regular reporting, and have an understanding of different methodologies for the analysis, interpretation, presentation, and distribution of data and data-related products.
">Essential Skills and Qualifications
">For this role, we are looking for candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
">A degree in a relevant field, such as statistics or data science, is highly desirable, along with experience working with large datasets and statistical software packages.
