">Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Product Manager with strong data analytics expertise to oversee the development and execution of digital product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and track the performance of digital product roadmaps using data analytics to identify opportunities and measure success.
  • Lead initiatives from idea generation through planning, scoping, briefing development teams, launching, testing, reviewing, and reporting on results.
  • Foster collaboration between developers, QA, UX teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Implement user research and feedback into product development to champion the voice of the customer.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize product performance.
  • Oversee agile product development processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital environment with a focus on data analytics or data-driven product development.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and platforms, including SQL, Big Query, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Natural curiosity about AI and its applications in digital product management.
  • Proven ability to use data to solve complex business problems and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with A/B split testing and familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders at various levels.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools like Asana.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms or global businesses is a plus.
