Job Title: Site Administrator

Overview:

The site administrator role plays a crucial part in supporting the delivery team by maintaining accurate financial, environmental and safety records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily financial administration tasks including docket entry, invoice processing, and support for end-of-month accruals and cost management systems.
  • Assist with subcontractor and self-performed activity tracking, ensuring compliance with standard payment terms and conditions.
  • Provide administrative support to Environmental and Safety Managers, including environmental reporting and maintenance of induction and safety records.
  • Manage general site administration tasks such as reception duties, office supply ordering, mail handling, meeting coordination, and staff travel arrangements.
  • Stay up to date with relevant policies, legislation and industry standards, applying this knowledge to support efficient project operations.

Requirements:

  • Completed or currently undertaking a Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification.
  • Experienced in administration and data entry, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Effective at organizing and prioritizing tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the project team.
