Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Manager (Hardware) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing innovative technologies that will revolutionise traffic management.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and guiding a team of technical experts, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with developers, product owners, scrum masters, test leads, testers, business analysts, and solution architects to develop architecturally sound solutions that meet customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in leading teams of software engineers as a manager or tech lead.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience delivering software solutions and projects in large, complex organisations using Agile methodology.
  • Strong development experience in C++.
  • Experience working in CI/CD environments using tools like Jenkins/Bamboo and various test automation frameworks.
  • Good understanding and experience of secure development practices and TDD.
  • Experience working in all stages of the SDLC for software projects and proven ability to contribute towards meeting project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
