Salary and Benefits
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of $30.15 per hour, plus superannuation. In addition to the salary, we offer a range of benefits, including fortnightly RDOs, great team environment, professional growth opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and salary packaging options.

Job Description
The Early Childhood Educator Trainee will support the Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to facilitate the provision of the early childhood educational curriculum program to children who attend the service. Key responsibilities include completing tasks, assessments, and assignments on time, participating in learning opportunities, and acquiring essential knowledge to become an Educator.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a willingness to enrol or actively working towards a Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent). You will also need to demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm, ability to work supportively and cooperatively as a team member, and ability to observe and document children's development, behaviour, interests, skills, ideas, and strengths.
