Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OSHC Educator to join our team at the YMCA Bald Hills Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service. As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for the care of children before school, after school, and during school holiday periods. You will assist in running fascinating, fun-filled, and educational activities with primary school children, such as science experiments, outdoor games, painting, and musical activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for children before school, after school, and during school holiday periods
  • Assist in running educational activities with primary school children
  • Develop and implement engaging play experiences for children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or similar
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Positive Notice Blue Card
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
