Lead Software Development Engineer

As a seasoned software development leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's technology direction. Your expertise in designing and deploying secure, scalable software solutions will be highly valued.

  • Technical Delivery & Engineering Excellence

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade codebases with a focus on performance, reliability, and continuous improvement informed by real-world metrics. Additionally, you will oversee sprint planning and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring continuity of delivery and proactive management of technical debt, refactoring, and upgrades.

With your leadership skills, you will mentor a small team of developers, fostering autonomy, sharing knowledge, and maintaining high technical standards through hands-on collaboration and clear documentation. Your deep technical knowledge will be relied upon to ensure best practices are followed, solutions are aligned with business goals, and delivery is consistent across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years in software development with proficiency in .NET and .NET Core, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript, and SQL.

  • Expertise in secure-by-design coding practices, software architecture, solution design, and engineering best practices.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC principles, agile methodologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development, OAuth flows, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
