Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Leader to join our team. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence within our engineering department.

You will be coding, reviewing, and architecting solutions using technologies like React, Node.js, TypeScript, and mobile frameworks.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to align software solutions with business goals.

You will also mentor junior engineers, champion best practices, and contribute to engineering efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions in partnership with your team.

  • Stay current with technology trends and apply responsible engineering principles to drive innovation.

  • Lead and promote engineering best practices and participate in cross-domain forums such as frontend and architecture guilds.

  • Manage system health and address technical debt within your owned services.

  • Mentor junior engineers in solution design and software development.

  • Collaborate with product owners and designers to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.

  • Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and proactively improve system reliability.

  • Continuously refine processes to improve software quality and reduce incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience with React, Node.js, and/or TypeScript.

  • Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.

  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading by example.

  • Possession of passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and applying best practices.

  • Commitment to operational excellence, including incident response and system maintenance.
