Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a vital role in crafting high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands-on checks.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.
  • Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on-time, high-quality production.
  • Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change.
  • Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Relatable prior working experience.
  • Trade certification is an added bonus, but not essential.
