Paediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Yooralla. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children and young people with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to children and young people with disabilities, focusing on maximising their functional skills and participation.
- Work collaboratively with a transdisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Provide indirect client service and family coordination to support client goals and outcomes.
- Established Occupational Therapist with a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with children and young people with disabilities, motivating them and building their capability.
- Ability to work in partnership with clients and their families to set and achieve goals.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary team model.
- Competency in a variety of IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapy) and an Australian driver's licence and own vehicle.
