About the Role:
  • Prepare and Serve Refreshments: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light refreshments to our residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Create Connections: Build relationships with our residents, offering a friendly chat while you serve their favorite drinks and snacks.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Space: Help maintain the café's cleanliness and organisation.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with staff and other volunteers to ensure the café runs smoothly.

Our ideal volunteer is:

  • Experienced in a café or hospitality setting.
  • Patient and a good listener – our residents love a conversation.
  • Friendly and willing to build relationships with our residents.
