About the Role

The Cyber Security Engagement Specialist will contribute to creating a cyber secure environment by assisting in awareness activities that engage and enhance staff and external suppliers' cyber awareness.

We aim to support Victorians to stay healthy and safe, delivering quality care that leads to better health outcomes through a world-class healthcare system.

  • Demonstrate ability to develop an action plan to embed a cyber culture and achieve user engagement across DH and DFFH aligned with departmental strategies.
  • Communicate and promote awareness of cyber security topic areas effectively.
  • Provide expert consulting services and advice on info sec classifications, privacy impact assessments, and security policies.
  • Collaborate with peers to deliver awareness activities and share knowledge.

To be successful, you must have:

• A relevant IT degree or qualification.
• Experience in Cyber Security Education.
• Industry recognised certifications and/or training related to cyber security.
