The Day-to-Day of a Support Worker
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. As a Support Worker, you'll be working with clients who require assistance with daily tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
Your day will be filled with variety, as you'll be working with different clients, each with their own unique needs and requirements. You may find yourself assisting with morning routines, including showering and dressing, or helping with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
In this role, flexibility is key. Be prepared to adapt to changing situations and prioritize your clients' needs accordingly.
What You'll Bring:
- Passion for Helping: A genuine interest in supporting our clients and making their lives better.
- Qualifications: MUST HAVE a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, AIN or equivalent.
- Must-Haves: A driver's license, reliable car, comprehensive insurance, WWCC and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
