Job Opportunity

This role presents an exciting challenge for an experienced IT professional to join a leading law firm in our Sydney office.

We are seeking a customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service by responding to requests, either in person, by telephone or via the Helpdesk ticketing system.

About You
  • You will have 2+ years of experience in a level 1/2 Helpdesk Support role.
  • You will be knowledgeable in all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, Windows Domain Services and Intune.
  • Practice Management system, Microsoft Teams and iManage/FileSite experience is highly desirable.
  • You will have experience troubleshooting video conferencing rooms using Crestron Flex devices.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing timely advice and support to legal practice groups.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the TSS Service Centre team in responding to requests.
  • Performing first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting support to end-users related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices and technical tools and products.
  • Ensuring that allocated tasks and requests are actioned and communicated in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
  • Escalating issues to the TSS Service Centre Supervisor and second level support as required.
