A highly skilled professional is required to join our team as a Body Construction Specialist. In this key role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and determining the best course of action to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification in automotive repair and have a solid understanding of mechanical principles. Additionally, they should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess vehicle damage to determine the most effective restoration method.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of chassis crush and proper usage.
- Treat company equipment with care and respect.
- Collaborate with parts interpreters to identify additional parts required for repairs.
- Coordinate workflow with other workshop staff to optimize productivity.
- Notify management of product shortages that may impact production.
- Review daily schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Trade qualification in automotive repair.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for technical activities.
