Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead our team in developing innovative marketing solutions for brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative direction: Provide expert guidance on the development of world-class campaigns that leverage music culture to drive business growth and fandom.
  • Ideation and execution: Ideate, rationalize, and execute work from end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with external production partners and freelance creatives to ensure high-quality outputs.
Requirements
  1. Creative mindset: A design-led thinker capable of bringing ideas to life with flair, leveraging cultural insights, data, and strategy for ideation.
  2. Campaign mastery: Ability to lead campaigns from concept to delivery, including strategy, art direction, design, and execution.
  3. Visual storytelling: Skill in creating compelling presentations and visual narratives using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
  4. User experience: Understanding of how audiences engage with digital and real-world experiences to drive fan engagement and purchase behavior.
  5. Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, creating pitch presentations, mock-ups, sketches, moodboards, and editing audiovisual content.
  6. Communication: Strong copywriting skills and ability to articulate creative solutions effectively.
  7. Education: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.
  8. Interpersonal skills: Confident communicator, adaptable, relationship builder within the music industry, and team player.
