We are seeking an experienced Independent Speech Pathologist to join our flexible workforce as a contractor. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

About the Role

This contractor role is designed to provide flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own schedule and work in a way that suits your needs and lifestyle. You will be responsible for providing speech pathology services to NDIS participants, including assessment, planning, and implementation of support plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify the needs of NDIS participants through person-centred planning
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individual plans reflect the goals, passions, and strengths of NDIS participants
  • Ensure individual plans are implemented in a way that promotes positive behaviour support and eliminates restrictive practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current SPA membership
  • 2 Years NDIS Experience
  • Active ABN
  • Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity insurance and Comprehensive car insurance
  • Police clearance, WWC and NDIS screener
