Join Our Team as a Speech Pathologist Contractor

We are seeking experienced Independent Speech Pathologists to join our flexible workforce as contractors. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

About the Role

This contractor role is designed to provide flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own schedule and work in a way that suits your needs and lifestyle. As a contractor, you will have access to professional development opportunities, free clinical supervision, and the ability to attend workshops and team events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized support plans for NDIS participants, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based support services, utilizing a positive behavior support framework and a commitment to eliminating restrictive practices.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure individual plans reflect the goals, passions, and strengths of NDIS participants, and that they receive the support they need to achieve their aspirations.
Requirements
  • Current SPA membership
  • 2 Years NDIS Experience
  • Active ABN
  • Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity insurance and Comprehensive car insurance.
  • Police clearance, WWC and NDIS screener
