This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Training Specialist. As part of this position, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs across our QSR restaurants in Queensland.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering comprehensive training plans to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles
  • Collaborating with business owners to drive financial performance and improve store operations
  • Maintaining accurate training records and utilizing training manuals and plans to inform your work
  • Leading training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, to engage and motivate our staff
  • Providing support and guidance to new starters and helping them settle into their roles

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in QSR management or a related field
  • Experience with franchising, either as an employee, owner, or area manager
  • The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail
  • A passion for supporting and developing others
