About the Role

This key position plays a pivotal role in shaping our organic growth strategy from the ground up. You will be responsible for driving meaningful outcomes through bold ideas, sharp messaging, and smart budgeting across multiple channels.

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies to drive MAU's, revenue, and lasting brand love.
  • Bring fresh perspectives to life by pitching campaigns with clear goals, precise messaging, and a plan to make it happen.
  • Execute campaigns across various organic channels, including push notifications, email, organic search, influencer marketing, custom landing pages, ASO, and emerging AI-driven opportunities.
  • Promote user-centricity by leveraging feedback from support and social media platforms, identifying signals, sharing insights with the team, and turning them into campaign ideas in collaboration with the product team.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in organic growth marketing, preferably in startups or early-stage environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in key channels such as email, push notifications, organic search, ASO, influencer marketing, and social media.
  • A proven track record of impact on conversion-focused products like consumer subscription apps or e-commerce platforms.
  • Data-driven creativity to craft and execute campaigns that drive growth and deepen user engagement.
  • Collaborative leadership skills, with experience scaling through agencies or building high-performing teams.
SUCCESS IN THE FIRST YEAR

In your first year, you will have established an organic marketing engine at our company - accelerating user acquisition, boosting retention, and deepening brand love without relying on paid media.

You will launch standout campaigns across email, push, social, ASO, and influencer channels that people talk about and share.

You will bring fresh creative thinking, grounded in user insight and data, and translate it into measurable impact on MAUs and revenue.

Most importantly, you will help tens of thousands more people living with chronic conditions discover our mission - and feel seen, supported, and understood.
