Transforming Lives Through Occupational Therapy

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct assessments and provide interventions to clients with various disabilities and health conditions. You will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- A car and license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)

About This RoleThis is a full-time position, working across various environments including family homes, disability group homes, and schools. The majority of your clients will be seen in the paediatric clinic in Pakenham; however, you will work across various locations.
You will work closely with your Manager and Learning & Development Manager to create a plan to achieve your career goals. We offer opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will be required to work with clients of varying ages and abilities. You must also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
