Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Front End Engineer to join our Optimal Reality team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering effective solutions to help organizations transition to a cleaner, greener, and more innovative future.

About the Role:

  • You will design and develop responsive front-end applications that visualize digital twin data, simulations, and AI insights.
  • You will integrate with back-end APIs and streaming data sources for real-time, interactive interfaces.
  • You will build dynamic dashboards, geospatial maps, and simulation controls using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
  • You will collaborate with UX designers, AI engineers, digital twin modelers, and architects to implement user-centric designs.
  • You will optimize application performance for large datasets and 3D/temporal visualizations (e.g., Cesium WebGL).
  • You will implement agentic AI interaction models in the UI (e.g., conversational agents, autonomous scenario testing).
  • You will contribute to design standards and reusable component libraries for the platform.
  • You will participate in client workshops, agile ceremonies, and user testing to improve solutions.

About You:

  • You have 3+ years experience in front-end development, proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • You have experience with React, including component-based architectures and state management.
  • You have experience working with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data updates.
  • You have knowledge of data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js) and spatial visualization tools (e.g., Mapbox, Leaflet).
  • You can collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have familiarity with design systems and UI/UX best practices.
  • You have experience with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), testing frameworks, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
