Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products to meet customer demand
- Ensure all products are of high quality and presented in an attractive manner
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
- Formal apprenticeship in baking or related field
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
