Experienced Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products to meet customer demand
• Ensure all products are of high quality and presented in an attractive manner
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship in baking
• Proven experience in a bakery or related industry
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
