About the Position
As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting excellence in clinical practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on clinical practices and restrictive interventions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Medication Administration Records and other clinical documentation
- Lead and manage the Community Nursing team to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor and report on the implementation of restrictive practices, ensuring adherence to NDIS legislation and best practice strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry guidelines
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Nurse with a strong professional background
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Registered Nurse role
- Knowledge of the NDIS or ability to quickly acquire it
- Desirable: experience in implementing restrictive practices and community nursing
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and legislation governing the sector
- Self-motivated individual capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective staff training and support
