About Anytime Fitness - Club Roles

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the club, including leading the team, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance
  • Contribute to the development of the club's business plan and budget
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the club is meeting its targets

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a passion for the fitness industry and a proven track record of success in a management role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
