About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness Centrella Group. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our fitness clubs, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase membership sales and retention
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance
  • Collaborate with the regional team to achieve business objectives and implement best practices

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results
  • A minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performance teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
