Highway Infrastructure Specialist

We are currently experiencing a high demand for works in the Sunshine Coast region and require more Highway Infrastructure Specialists with road construction experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in joining us and committed to assignments for approximately 1-2 years, with potential for ongoing extensions and other projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sub-contractor management
- Closely coordinate with the Project Engineer
- Monitor and record project progress
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in civil construction of transport and road infrastructure projects for TMR Projects, either directly or indirectly through a consultant or construction company.
- Experience in interpreting and applying policies, legislation, technical guidelines, practices, and procedures to TMR policies, standards, and specifications.
- A stable career history with reputable civil contractors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hold relevant tickets and licenses.
- Contribute proactively to HSE obligations and initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Civil Engineering Degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution, accepted by the Institution of Engineers Australia as a full Member (MIEAust).
The proposed working hours are nominally 40 per week, although this may vary due to project demands. The roles are based in the Sunshine Coast region.
