Job Overview:

Celotti Workforce is seeking a skilled civil labourer for an ongoing contract on the M1 Project in Springwood, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of highway infrastructure.
  • Perform site preparation, excavation, and concrete work.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain project timelines.
  • Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Carry out physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current Drivers Licence - MR or HR desirable
  • Blue/White Construction card
  • Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc.
  • RII/OHS Machinery tickets desirable eg. Roller, Front-End Loader, Compactor
  • Proven experience as a civil labourer, preferably in highway or road construction.
  • Familiarity with construction tools and heavy machinery.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
