As a Senior Base Engineer, you will report directly to the Base Manager and perform your duties in accordance with CHC company policy and procedures. You will be responsible for leading a team of licensed engineers and ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of licensed engineers to perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with CHC company policy and procedures.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
