About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality solutions through analysis, planning, creation, and execution of test scenarios, cases, and procedures.

You will collaborate with business users, Product Managers, developers, and other QA team members to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.

Key responsibilities include ensuring testing methodologies are adhered to throughout the Agile Development process, consulting on testing matters, and proactively highlighting quality concerns and risks to product stakeholders.

You will also actively contribute to the continuous improvement of ways of working by participating in related process improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Agile development processes
  • Experience with Test Planning, Test case design, and Test execution
  • Extensive experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint online
  • Good communication skills with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple program requirements if necessary
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors
