Insurance Broker - Real Estate Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our Real Estate Team. This role requires at least three days of in-office work per week and involves leading a small team in managing client insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small team to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies for clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on insurance products.
  • Negotiate terms with insurance carriers and secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent)
  • Insurance broking experience, preferably in SME or commercial books
  • Prior experience managing a small team
  • Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products
  • Experience in developing tailored risk management strategies
