We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team as a Senior Site Administrator. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of site administration functions, including management of incoming accounts payable and other finance items.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in an Administration role within the Finance department on a large construction or mining project. They will possess advanced Microsoft skills, be able to negotiate and resolve conflicts with confidence, and have strong level written and verbal communication.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Finance and Administration team to ensure UNITY Alliance is supported through effective management of financial processes.

  1. Rail civil and electrical works
  2. Brownfield rail surface works primarily to the north of the tunnel, including an upgrade of Exhibition Station and a major augmentation of Mayne Yard
  3. Upgrade of seven suburban stations to the south
  4. Rail operational systems works
  5. Rail signalling works and communication, and integration and commission activities.
