Early Childhood Educator Job Opportunity

The Early Childhood Education sector is an exciting and rewarding career choice for individuals who are passionate about helping young children grow and develop. As an experienced educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years. Your expertise in curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation will enable you to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

This position requires a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate 3 or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards Diploma qualification)
  • Understand both the EYLF and NQS
  • Proven educator experience within an early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
