Financial Accounting Professional

The key responsibilities of this role will include preparing monthly financial reports, performing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, and providing tax support.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts, BAS, and FBT, and will provide valuable insights through data analysis to inform business decisions.

Furthermore, the professional will provide support to the accounting team for internal and external audits.


Key Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar financial accounting role.

You will have high-level numeracy and reconciliation skills, attention to detail, and a positive approach to meeting tight deadlines.

Exceptional Excel skills and experience with ERP systems are essential, with SAP or JD Edwards being particularly valued.

Above all, you'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide advice to various stakeholders.
