Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Retail Team Member during the Christmas season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer experiences for each person who enters our store.
  • Maintain a well-organized shopfloor by ensuring our store is neat and tidy at all times.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure high standards of store presentation are consistently met.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and be able to research and describe product features and benefits to customers.
  • Support the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is highly desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to provide effective service for multiple customers.
