Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for leading digital marketing efforts and working closely with the e-commerce team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in implementing and executing paid campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

You will also have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead digital marketing efforts and develop strategies to drive business growth through acquisition and digital marketing channels.
  2. Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including keyword strategy and market research on keyword discovery.
  3. Execute and maintain paid advertising campaigns for social media across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  4. Manage all shopping feeds and work on integrating between Magento and HubSpot.
  5. Be the technical expert on attribution modelling and work closely with the marketing manager and senior e-commerce manager to develop a holistic view of our advertising efforts.
  6. Continuously research and report on opportunities to improve ROI.
