Sydney Building Design Specialist

This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences, developing detailed building designs and architectural plans using Revit software. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional building designs that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Develop detailed building designs and architectural plans using Revit software.
- Prepare documentation for council submissions, including development applications and building permits.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Degree or diploma in Building Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Revit software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
