About the Role

As a Civil Construction Labourer Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals in our Construction, Roads, and Roadside & Drainage teams. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a variety of areas, including road construction and maintenance, drainage construction and maintenance, concreting, road furniture, and asphalting.

You will also have the chance to operate basic plant and equipment and participate in on-the-job training to develop your skills and confidence as a Civil Construction Labourer.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about starting their career in civil construction. You will need to have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and take on new challenges, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

As a Civil Construction Labourer Trainee, you will be required to work at various Council depots located at Raymond Terrace and Nelson Bay.
