Community Physiotherapy Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled physiotherapist to provide patient-centered care in the community, promoting health and wellbeing by enabling individuals to participate in everyday activities.

  • Supporting individuals with self-identified needs through private services.
  • Focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation within patients' homes.
  • Providing support for clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries, via our Hospital in the Home program.
  • Supporting those who wish to remain independent at home through Home Care Package clients.

As a mobile Community Physio, you will need to be comfortable travelling to clients located across Geelong, providing your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided for travel).

As an AHPRA registered physiotherapist, you must be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and have an interest in working in the community. You should be comfortable working independently and committed to ongoing professional development.

You will work with a range of clients, predominantly in the community, offering a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

Collaboration with the Clinical Leadership team and the broader Home and Allied Health team is expected.
