This position will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements, cost control, stakeholder management, procurement, and team leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to mitigate risks, maintain program timelines, manage subcontractor performance, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent, along with extensive experience managing complex water, wastewater, or similar process-related projects over $25m. They must be committed to safety, sustainability, and community engagement, with familiarity with Victorian Water Authority Major Works Contract – Design and Construct Head Contract conditions and compliance processes. Additionally, excellent stakeholder engagement and team management skills are essential.
