We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our front of house team in a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have the ability to multitask with ease.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, answering telephone calls, taking messages and directing calls, as well as providing general office administration support. They will also conduct searches, perform data entry tasks and undertake various ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant previous reception experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
