What you'll do- Provide timely, professional administrative support across the Housing Portfolio.
- Create and maintain accurate tenant and property records and housing databases.
- Support financial administration including accounts receivable, accounts payable, rent assessments and debt management tasks with precision.
- Assist in the coordination of compliance and reporting documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in high-quality administrative work, including accurate record keeping and file management.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
- A proactive approach to improving systems and workflows.
- A values-aligned approach and ability to work collaboratively within a purpose-driven team.
- Experience in the Community Housing or Private Rental sector.
